Aide: Andrea Tracy

4th grade aide: Maryanne Schmid

I’ve worked for the Fruitland School District for 13 years.  Currently I am a 4th grade aide – what a great age to work with and what a great team to work under!  Before this position, I worked in all of the schools as an aide in the Speech Department for 7 years, and in Special Ed at the elementary school for 5 years.

I was raised in Massachusetts and, admittedly, still miss New England!  I attended college in MA, where my fondest memories centered on competitive swimming and playing water polo!  After graduating from college in upstate NY, I attended cooking school in VT and explored the country a bit before settling down in ID.  I married into a very musical family – my husband sings in a choir, my daughter plays the flute and is a student at TVCC, and my tuba-playing son is a music major at the University of Idaho.  How fun is that?  One last note, most weekends you’ll find me in the kitchen, cooking and listening to music.
