I love teaching in Fruitland. I started in First Grade in 2000 and have never left. I am married to Andy, I have 3 amazing step-children, and 3 boys of my own, Owen, Jaxon, and Oliver the caboose. I graduated from Boise State, so of course I love my Broncos! I love to read, listen to music, and dance! I love camping, going for walks, and of course my passion is teaching!
I have been teaching since 1991. I taught at the High School for seven years & during that time I realized my passion was for younger children. I am so glad to have made that change. I have been teaching first grade since 1998 and I love it! I am married to Mr. Carter, who many of you may have had for High School Math. We have two children and one grandchild. I have two very spoiled dogs; Disney and Laylah. When I am not at school with my ‘little ones’ I enjoy spending time with family, crafting, sewing, decorating, baking, and working in my flower garden.
I grew up in Boise, Idaho. I got my teaching degree from The University of Idaho and a Masters in Integrated Arts from Lesley University. I taught in the Boise School District for 5 year prior to coming to teach in Fruitland. I started teaching in Fruitland in 2018, it is a great place to live and work. My husband Reece and I had a baby boy in March of 2020, he is such a perfect addition to our family!
My name is Stacee Sanders. I am a Payette High School graduate, TVCC graduate, and received my teaching degree at Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa. I have two daughters, Carlie and Mylie. I have been teaching in Fruitland since 2001. I love spending time in McCall on the lake with my family. I LOVE Dr. Seuss!! My entire room is decorated in a Seuss theme and I look forward to March when we can celebrate his birthday!
