I have just started my 17th year of teaching. I am married, with 3 amazing step-children, my son Owen who started Kindergarten at the ‘ECC’ this fall, Jaxon who is turning 4 next Spring and Oliver our caboose. I graduated from Boise State, so of course I love my Broncos! I love to read, listen to music, and dance! I love camping, going for walks, and of course my passion is teaching!

Pam Carter

I have been teaching since 1991. I taught at the High School for seven years & during that time I realized my passion was for younger children. I am so glad to have made that change. I have been teaching first grade for 16 years and I love it!

I am married to Mr. Carter, who many of you may have had for High School Math. We have two children. Ryan is married to Lacey and he’s in the army, they live in El Paso, TX. My daughter Megan is married to Kaleo & together my first grand-daughter Myah, they live in Boise.  At home we have a dog named Disney. When I am not at school with my ‘little ones’ I enjoy spending time with family, crafting, sewing, decorating, baking and traveling.

Deanna Grimes

I have been teaching in Fruitland since 1998. My husband, Mr. Grimes is also an educator at Fruitland Middle School. We have three children. I enjoy spending time with my family, boating, camping, 4-wheeling, fishing, painting and teaching children how to read. My goal is to instill a love of learning in all my students and provide an environment that makes my students feel welcome, safe, successful, and valued.
