Welcome back! We hope that you are excited for the second semester! Second semester schedules will be printed on PURPLE paper and will be available for students to pick up Tuesday morning beginning at 8:00 a.m. in the following locations:
9th grade – 9th grade activity area
10th grade – Outside of Arnzen/R. Wright’s classrooms
11th grade – Outside of Library
12th grade – Outside of Ziegler/Flower’s classroom
Students MUST follow the schedule on PURPLE paper, even if a schedule change form has been submitted. All schedule change forms that were received before break have been processed, if your student’s schedule has not changed, their name may still be on a waitlist. Students are able to currently see their second semester schedule via the Parent Portal, however, their purple printed copy will have their locker number and combination on it.
SCHEDULE CHANGE FORMS
Schedule change forms will be available beginning at 8:00 a.m. outside of the Counseling Office and are due back by Thursday, January 11th, at 3:30 p.m. Submitted forms MUST have a signature from both the student and the parent/ guardian. Please refer to the updated Spring 2018 Master Schedule for available courses. Forms received after this deadline will not be processed without penalty.
Before your student makes any changes to his/her schedule, please refer to the credit summary page on Parent Portal. This provides information regarding the credits still needed to be fulfilled in order to meet graduation requirements. If your student has any questions or concerns, please have them come visit us in the Counseling Office before school, after school, or during lunch.
If your student submits a schedule change form during this drop/add period, his/her new schedule will be available to pick up in the main office before school on the next school day. The new schedule will also be viewable online via Parent Portal.
